Shipping policy

Shipping Within the U.S. Only

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, direct from our Kentucky studio. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

For small orders, please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Dinnerware sets are made to order in small batches and will take 2 weeks to produce before shipping.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Insurance is included. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Estimated Delivery Time

UPS Ground typically delivers within 1-5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our pottery to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

For lost packages, please reach out to UPS with your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
