Custom Order Set-Up Fee

This fee covers the process of custom orders, which may include glaze tests, purchase of personalized stamps, and overall design.

This also includes a limited number of revisions.

Photographs of samples will be sent for approval before a whole set of dinnerware is produced.

Timeline for the order will be estimated when the products are fully approved.
