This handmade ceramic stoneware butter dish is offered in a slightly larger scale to accommodate European-style butter blocks, such as Kerrygold. Formed by hand from rolled clay, each piece carries subtle variations that reflect the slow, thoughtful nature of the making process

Each butter dish is formed by hand from rolled slabs of clay and shaped slowly to highlight soft edges, balanced proportions, and an organic feel. Made from durable stoneware, these pieces are designed for everyday use while still feeling special on the table.

Subtle variations in form, surface, and glaze are a natural result of the handmade process and are part of what give each butter dish its own personality. Raw clay bottoms provide a grounding contrast to the glazed surface, celebrating the material itself.

Sized to fit standard half-cup butter sticks (both Eastern and Western/California sizes), these butter dishes transition easily from countertop to table, blending function with quiet beauty.
